3. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES DATED 20th October 2005.
4. MATTERS ARISING:
    i)    Millenium garden/garage update – no response from Mr. Rees’s Solicitor as yet.
    ii)   Invitation from Kentisbury & Trentishoe Parish Council to a meeting with Exmoor
    National Park’s Planning Officers on Thursday 1st December at 7.30 p.m. 
    iii)  Huxtable plough – update.
    iv)  Bridge at Lower Hall – has work here been completed?
    v)   Carols at The Nook – details to be confirmed.
    vi)  Notices of Financial Interests to be returned to Clerk please.
5. NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH.
6. LENGTHSMAN – urgent need for drains and ditches to be cleaned out.
7. PROJECTS UPDATE:
    a)  Land by the bridge – Chairman has asked for a figure for compensation, and Balfour Beatty is considering this request.
    b)  The Pound – Our Solicitor has applied for registration with the Land Registry.
    c)  Play Area – update please.
    d)  Affordable Housing.
8. PLANNING APPLICATIONS
Conditional Permission has been granted by the Exmoor National Park Authority for Erection of agricultural shed at Whitefield Farm.
Exmoor National Park – Sherracombe Woods – one application withdrawn and one re-submitted.
Erection of two free-range Poultry Houses together with feed silo at Higher Hall.
9. FINANCE
Statement from Nat.West dated 1st November 2005 reads Current Account £4,540.40.
Salary of Clerk £76.22 + stationery + postage.
Proposed Budget for 2006.
